Delicious chocolate covered blueberries.

  • 1 box of very fresh, firm blueberries
  • 6 oz. of best chocolate you can afford  (order chocolate here)

  1. Melt chocolate gently and stir to blend.  (learn how to melt chocolate)
  2. Coat the cleaned and dried blueberries with the cooled, still liquid chocolate
  3. Pile chocolate covered blueberries on waxed  paper in little clumps.
  4. Server after chocolate cools and becomes firm (this can be sped up by placing in refrigerator).

Try doing the same with fresh, clean, dry raspberries, blackberries.
